During a two year grant cycle the following agencies collaborated with an instructional coach for various services such as: attending high quality professional development, implementing science of reading activities with their children in the program, and receiving guidance to obtain or increase Step Up to Quality (SUTQ) rating to acknowledge excellent programing.

The goal of each Early Childhood agency was to increase knowledge and awareness of high quality learning for young children.
